A Cost Effective Modern Refresh

This client was looking to sell the house & needed a fresh bathroom renovation to help bring up the value.

Everything in this bathroom needed to be replaced. This project also involved building stud walls & revelling the floor to create a base to start from. We then tiled the walls with large tiles, to keep it cost & time effective, adding in recessed shelves which are always a great feature to help elevate a bathroom.
